Terms & Conditions

These Terms and conditions apply to all our domestic and commercial cleanings.

  1. You shall be obligated to accept our cleaning rates when you hire us for domestic or commercial cleaning.
  2. It is obligatory for the client to inspect our service. This applies to all new clients on the first visit, and to all one-off cleanings.
  3. If for some reason you are not satisfied with our service, it’s your responsibility to notify us within 24 hours. In case of late notification, we have a right not to accept any complaints.
  4. If you are not happy with our service, we will send you the same cleaners to do a back job.
  5. It is your responsibility to inform us about any fragile or breakable items in your house. If you can, you should remove them.
  6. It’s clients responsibility to give us access to hot water, electricity, and other household items to deliver cleaning services.
  7. We provide all cleaning materials needed to perform cleaning jobs at no extra cost. You can also provide your own cleaning equipment. We can only use non-chemicals.
  8. We don't provide clots and dusters.
  9. We provide blue/white rolls for cleaning.
  10. If you are interested in our ECO-friendly cleaning, please ask for details. This service is available at extra cost.
  11. We are a registered distributor of  ECO-friendly cleaning products FABERLIC. Please ask for details
  12. For one-off, deep cleaning (including COVID-19 deep cleaning), student accommodation cleaning, the property should remain unoccupied.
  13. We don’t provide vacuum cleaners. It is your responsibility to leave us an empty and fully working vacuum. If the vacuum is full, or blocked, and is not working properly, we are not responsible for emptying and fixing. If you have a vacuum, which needs to be charged, it is your responsibility to leave us fully charged, empty and fully working. If the vacuum stops working during our visit, we are not responsible to recharge it
  14. We don’t clean carpets at the moment.
  15. We don't provide upholstery cleaning at the moment.
  16. The company and all cleaners are fully insured.
  17. We do not climb higher than a 3-step small ladder. Higher items will be dusted with an extension duster.
  18. We cannot move heavy furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Cleaners are not allowed to step higher than a 2 steps
  19. Cleaning is by appointment only. If we are unable to gain access to your home or are turned away at the time of cleaning, there is a £10 service fee, which will be added to your invoice.
  20. If for some reason we cannot gain access to your property at a previously arranged day and time and we have to wait for you outside, we are taking away cleaning time by the waiting time. The cost of cleaning stays the same.
  21. If there is parking outside your property for residents only, you are advised to give us a parking slip or parking permit. If you don't have one, we are not permitted to park cars outside your property. If there is parking nearby, and we have to pay, we add a parking fee to your bill. The time we spent on walking to your property and back to the car park, will be taken away from cleaning time. The cost of the cleaning stays the same.
  22. If there is an alarm set on, and goes on, we are not allowed to carry out cleaning. You will be responsible for switching the alarm off and the full amount of cleaning will be charged.
  23. If you are the pet owner, you must notify us. All pets (cats, dogs) MUST be kept away during the time of cleaning. We don't take any responsibility, if you fail to do so, and the sofa upholstery, or carpet/floor will be dirty or full of hair after we leave.
  24. If you don't wish to be present at the time of cleaning, and wish to leave the house, you can either leave us a key (we lock the door and put the key through the letterbox or leave it in a secure place), or you must come back at least 10 minutes before the scheduled end time. If you won't be back by the time we finish, an extra charge of £5 for late finish will be added to your final bill.
  25. If you wish us to keep a key, we will do it securely, with your name on the tag.
  26. In accordance with legal advice obtained, you are warned to withhold from placing negative reviews on any social networking sites, or we will pass the matter to our solicitors in regards to pursuing the issue of defamation. 
  27. Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave….we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
  28. Our desire is to satisfy all our customers. We will always make sure that you get what you are paying for. We believe, if there is any issue, we can solve it quickly and amicably. We are here to help you!
  29. Please note that we will clean all surfaces and appliances to the highest standard possible, however we cannot be liable for appliances that are in bad state or ingrained with dirt and we won't be able to remove it using cleaning products.
